These web pages are designed to provide an artistic representation of
the Artistic Pool Shot/Challenges. In the next few months, we will be
presenting animated Flash versions of each of these shots for entertainment
purposes only. For a printable version with accurate ball placement,

Ball Placements: |
A
ball (At Left) is approximately 1/8” from cue ball
A ball (at right)
is 2 ball’s width away from slate cut of pocket A
and ½” off cushion #1.
|
| Objective: |
Shoot
cue ball with vertical masse into A
ball (At Left) and toward cushion #1
to right of A ball
(At Right). Cue ball contacts cushion #1,
and then comes back toward A
ball (At Right). A
ball (At Left) makes at pocket A
first then A ball
(At Right) makes in same pocket. |
| Special
Notes: |
Cue
ball does not have to contact cushion above A
Ball at right. In other words, cue ball may make right A
ball directly. Scratch is allowed (No Penalty). Extra cushion #1
contacts are allowed before contact with A
ball (at right). This shot can be done from any corner of the table,
but it may not be rotated. In other words, A
ball must be positioned along either cushion # 1, 2, 3, or 4. It
may not be positioned along the head or foot cushion.
